Customer Users

The Users tab allows you to add, edit and delete customer end-users so that they can access the Self-serve User Portal.

If you have a large number of users, use the User search facility to find who you are looking for quickly.

Users can only see their own tickets in the user portal unless they have been set up as the customer 'owner' in the Overview tab (see Customer Overview). The 'owner' is able to view all tickets created for the customer.
